This project is our first million dollar fit out. we were responsible for the supply of stainless steel, all refrigeration including bulk rooms and of course all catering and warewashing equipment.
The client stayed loyal to Australian made products where possible including Goldstein Eswood equipment which has been made in Sydney now for 100 years.
This Camp will provide 1800 meals a day over 2 sittings
and has been specified to handle the load by food service design based in Beaudesert. |

This project was carried out in late 2006 in conjunction with the Rockhampton City Council, the owners of the site and Airport Concessions, the catering contractor.
CQ Commercial Catering with sub contractors built the kitchen and front counter areas including coolroom display, freezer storage and all catering equipment.
We have a network of sub contractors to carry out the work offering a full fit out service. |

This Project was carried out in 2 stages. The first was to construct a new buffet bar for the restaurant area to allow much greater menu choices to members and to ensure the product was not only presented well but kept to regulation serving temperature.
Stage 2 was the replacement of the main and function bars including the suppy of new refrigeration, glass chillers and the repositioning of the buffet bar supplied earlier. |

The Parkhurst Tavern was particularly satisfying as the brief was to supply best brands in the catering equipment, refrigeration, shelving and warewashing. This location has become very popular with families and business people for thier fine food which you rarely see in a tavern. |

The cook line consisted of 2 canopies, 2 Frymaster deep fryers, Trueheat Cook Top & Char Griddle, a Rational Combi master 10 Tray and a True heat 4 Burner Cook Top. Williams counter prep and storage refrigeration together with Comenda undercounter dishwasher, Orford storage fridge, Tyrone 20qt Mixer, shelving as well as many more ancilliary equipment. |

A complete new front counter made by Adnought Sheet Metal Fabrication with 2 curved glass hot food displays inset into the counter and a curved glass free standing cold food display.
The front facia of the counter has a thatched pattern in stainless steel for that clean smart look |
